# Analyze User Interview Skill

A universal, language-agnostic AI skill for analyzing interview transcripts about CRM, customer processes, and operations. It uses a two-layer analytical framework to provide deep insights tailored to specific roles (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.).

## Features

- **Universal Framework**: Extracts AS IS, TO BE, pain points, and requirements.
- **Role Lenses**: Automatically adapts analysis for Sales, Service, Marketing, Back Office, and C-level respondents.
- **Noise Reduction**: Automatically handles speech recognition errors and irrelevant small talk.
- **Action-Oriented**: Generates prioritized initiatives and follow-up items.

## How to Use
