## What it does
- Parses Apple Health exports (folder or zip)
- Lists record types
- Produces summary metrics (steps, distance, sleep/source breakdown)
- Exports filtered records as JSON

## Files

## Privacy
Apple Health data may include PHI/PII. Use local-only workflows and avoid sharing raw exports unless explicitly authorized.
