git-sync
Sync the current branch in one pass — commit the working tree as one commit per logical change (in the host repo's commit format, or the super-board writing standard), gate Supabase schema changes, merge-pull, resolve conflicts hunk by hunk, then push without force. Use when the user runs /git-sync or says "git-sync", "sync", "commit and push", "pull and push", or "sync my branch".
Choose how to use this skill
You do not need every option. Choose the path your AI client supports. The stable page stays the same; versioned files are immutable.
1. Native installer
This listing has no registered native installer command. Use the complete package or source fallback below, depending on what your client supports.
Do not guess an installer command or replace an existing version without reviewing the diff.
2. Complete package recommended
Download the ZIP when available. It includes SKILL.md plus the references, security notes and version metadata.
No complete ProSkills package is published for this listing yet.3. Prompt-only
Copy the prompt above when the agent can read the stable page or when you want to adopt the workflow without installing a skill.
Need only the instruction file?
Download SKILL.md only if your client requires a single file. The complete ZIP is safer for a full installation because it preserves the references and release context.
No path installs or executes anything by itself. Your agent still needs access to the project files. Before updating, compare the installed version and review the diff.

/git-sync
Commits the working tree, pulls and pushes the current branch in one pass, then says what it did.
What It Does
- One change, one commit. Groups the diff into logical changes and stages each by path. Never
git add -A. - Writes the host's commit format when the repo's
AGENTS.md,CLAUDE.mdorCONTRIBUTING.mddefines one; otherwise the super-board writing standard. - Refuses secrets. A
.env*, key or credential file stops the run with a warning. - Gates Supabase changes. Schema edits need a migration file; advisors and
migration list --localrun when the CLI is up. Defers to thesupabaseskill when it is installed. - Merges, never rebases.
git pull --no-rebase; conflicts are resolved hunk by hunk, then the host's fast checks run before the merge is concluded. - Pushes safely. No force push. The default or a protected branch needs your yes; otherwise it offers a PR.
When To Use It
- At the end of a piece of work, to get it committed and onto the remote.
- When your branch is behind and you want it caught up and pushed.
Install
Ships in the super-board pack as a secondary skill. install.sh copies skills/git-sync/ to .claude/skills/git-sync/. Needs git; uses gh and the Supabase CLI when present.
