AI 漫剧全流程 Skills（AI Comic Production Skills for Claude）

面向 Claude / Claude Code 的一套开箱即用的 Agent Skills，覆盖 AI 漫剧（AI 短剧/条漫视频）从 0 到 1 的完整制作流程：剧本创作 → 分镜拆解 → 视频提示词 → 视觉资产。

面向新手创作者：不需要懂提示词工程，跟着技能的引导式提问一步步回答，就能拿到可以直接投入生产的剧本、镜头表、AI 生图/生视频提示词。

这是什么

AI 漫剧（用 AI 文生图 / 图生视频工具制作的条漫短剧）正在成为短视频平台的新内容形态，但从"一个故事创意"到"能剪出成片的素材"中间要经过好几个专业环节，非技术背景的新手很容易卡壳。这套 Skill 把这个流程拆解成 4 个可以独立使用、也可以串联使用的 Claude 技能，每个环节都内置质量检查清单，尽量减少返工。

四个技能按顺序串联即可完成"故事创意 → 成片素材"的完整链路，也可以单独拿其中一个用（比如只用分镜拆解技能，处理你已经写好的剧本）。

如何使用

  1. 克隆或下载本仓库
  2. 将需要的技能目录放入你的 Claude Code 项目 .claude/skills/ 目录（或 Claude.ai 的技能上传入口）
  3. 在对话中提到"写剧本""AI漫剧""分镜拆解"等触发词，Claude 会自动识别并引导你完成创作

每个技能目录下的 SKILL.md 都包含：触发场景说明、完整工作流程、质量检查清单；部分技能还附带 examples/（示例模板）、references/（检查清单细则）等参考资料。
