Choose how to use this skill

You do not need every option. Choose the path your AI client supports. The stable page stays the same; versioned files are immutable.

1. Native installer

This listing has no registered native installer command. Use the complete package or source fallback below, depending on what your client supports.

Do not guess an installer command or replace an existing version without reviewing the diff.

2. Complete package recommended

Download the ZIP when available. It includes SKILL.md plus the references, security notes and version metadata.

No complete ProSkills package is published for this listing yet.

3. Prompt-only

Copy the prompt above when the agent can read the stable page or when you want to adopt the workflow without installing a skill.

Need only the instruction file?

Download SKILL.md only if your client requires a single file. The complete ZIP is safer for a full installation because it preserves the references and release context.

No path installs or executes anything by itself. Your agent still needs access to the project files. Before updating, compare the installed version and review the diff.

きゃらくる / Charakuru / .charakit(旧名 Chara Kit / ELYTH Avatar Kit)が話題に出たとき、きゃらくるのアプリが出した依頼文(agent-session.mjs begin …)

    [セットアップ](references/setup.md)の確認項目を一通り見ます。

    - **シェルと Blender**: `<skill>/scripts/*.sh` は bash で動かす(Windows は Git for Windows の Git Bash、macOS は標準の bash でよい)。

    - **素材のライセンスを確認する。** 参照画像や外部素材の利用規約を確かめ、VRM のメタデータ(作者・利用条件)は推測で埋めずユーザーに決めてもらいます。

    ## Blender を背景で動かすときの基本

    - Blender は 5.2 以降、VRM Add-on for Blender が必要です。`--factory-startup` でも拡張機能は読み込まれます。
    - **呼び出しは `"$BLENDER" -b --factory-startup --python-exit-code 1 --python <script> -- <引数>` の形にする。** `--python-exit-code 1` がないと、スクリプトが例外で止まっても終了コードが 0 になり、失敗を見落とします。
    - **VRM データ入りの .blend は、VRM Add-on を有効化してから開く。** 先に開くと、時々 `EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION` で落ちます。キットの `<kit>/scripts/mtoon-export.py` の `enable_vrm()` を読み込んで有効化 → `bpy.ops.wm.open_mainfile()` の順にします(`<skill>/scripts/ea_run.py` がこの形)。
    - 結果は画像で確かめます。背景レンダー(Workbench / EEVEE)で正面・斜め・横を撮り、コンタクトシート(`<skill>/scripts/contact.py`)にまとめて見ると速いです。
    - 画像を扱う Python(Pillow)は、Blender 同梱の Python に `--target` で入れたフォルダを `PYTHONPATH` に通すと、システム Python がない環境でも使えます。

    ## 完了時の報告

    ユーザーへの報告には次を含めます。

    - 成果物の場所(正式 VRM、表情付き VRM、作業 Blend)
    - 作った表情の内訳(口を見送った場合はそのこと)
    - Tripo クレジットの消費と残高
    - 見つかった問題と直したこと(原因つき)
    - ユーザーにお願いしたいこと(確認、VRM の書き出し、投稿前のチェックなど)

    # 表情制作を Claude Code で進める

    キットの `skills/avatar-expression-authoring/SKILL.md` と `references/commands.md`・`transfer.md` を先に読みます。ここでは、Blender の GUI 操作(Computer Use)なしに、背景の Blender でキット同梱のヘルパー(`<kit>/scripts/expression-studio.py`)を動かして仕上げたやり方を書きます。

    ## 準備

    1. 依頼文の `agent-session.mjs begin` を実行し、`saved: true` を確認。
    2. 顔の連結部品を一覧する(`helper.list_blink_parts`、または部品ごとの頂点数・範囲を出す)。制作例の構成は、皮膚(最大の部品)、まつ毛(左右)、虹彩・瞳・ハイライト、二重線、眉(左右)、上唇・下唇の内側パーツ、口内、耳でした。
    3. `<kit>/scripts/expression-lab.mjs init` に `objects`(顔メッシュ)と `camera`(顔の中心、正面方向、ortho_scale、size)を渡して作業コピーを作ります。
    4. 以降は `<skill>/scripts/ea_run.py` で、作業コピーを開いてヘルパーを attach し、短いスニペット(Python ファイル)を実行する形で進めます。スニペットは `helper`、`bpy`、`show()`(結果を JSON で表示)を使えます。形を変えたら `helper.save()` を呼びます。

    ```bash
    "$BLENDER" -b --factory-startup --python-exit-code 1 --python <skill>/scripts/ea_run.py -- <kit_root> <work_dir> <snippet.py>
    ```

    `ea_mouth_arcs.py` などの引数は環境変数 `EA_ARGS`(JSON)で渡します。上の書き方は Git Bash / macOS 用で、PowerShell では `$env:EA_ARGS='{...}'; & $env:BLENDER -b ...` とします。

    ## 撮影

    - 通常の撮影は `helper.capture(expression, strength, display=..., angles=[...])`。寄りの撮影は `<skill>/scripts/ea_zoom.py` の `zoomed()` で一時的にカメラと表示対象を変えます(髪で顔が隠れるので、構造を見るときは顔メッシュだけを表示する)。
    - **カメラの注意**: 撮影カメラは中心から 3×ortho_scale 手前にあり、ニアクリップは 0.1 m です。ortho_scale を 0.06 未満にすると顔がクリップされます。寄りたいときは 0.06 以上で撮り、画像を切り抜きます。中心は顔の位置のままにします(斜めはその中心のまわりを回る)。
    - `capture()` は撮影中に `session.json` を保存します。一時的に変えたカメラを戻したら、`helper.record()` で保存し直します(`zoomed()` がそうしている)。
    - 見比べは、ラベル付きのグリッド(`<skill>/scripts/label_grid.py`)にまとめると速いです。最後は髪付き・MToon で全表情と組み合わせ(目を閉じた笑顔、喜び、怒り、悲しみ、驚き、話しながらのまばたき)を顔サイズで確認します。

    ## 目

    - 8点(目頭・目尻・上縁・下縁 × 左右)は、正面の撮影画像の画素から `helper.set_blink_pixels()` で指定できます。皮膚だけを同じカメラで高解像度に撮り、`<skill>/scripts/grid_crop.py` に作業フォルダの `session.json` を渡して、セッションのカメラ(`camera.size`)の画素座標を書き込んだ拡大図を作ると、座標を正確に読めます。L はカメラから見て右(モデルの左目)です。
    - 目の白目が皮膚に描かれ、くぼんだ面になっている構造でも、開口縁(まつ毛の帯の下端と白目の下端)に点を置けばフィットします。
    - 追従部品にはまつ毛と二重線を入れます。虹彩・瞳は入れません(閉じた瞼の裏に隠れる)。
    - `helper.transfer_eyes(reviewed=True)` で8表情を転送したら、まばたき 1.0・0.5 を正面・斜め・横で確認します。

    ## 口(縫い目が融合している場合)

    Tripo 由来の顔では、上下唇の縫い目に穴がなく、口の奥に閉じた袋(口内)がある構造が多いです。境界辺がないので `helper.mouth_paths()` は使えません。

    > **先に確認すること**: 実際の制作では、下の手順で口を開けられるようにしても、ふくらんだ唇の中央に小さな穴が開いたように見え、ユーザーが違和感を持ちました。口の動きの調整、頭の再生成(同じ構造が出た)、描いた口パーツへの置き換えも試しましたが採用されず、最終的に **口の表情は見送り、目と眉だけで表情を作りました**。口の表情を作る前に、開いた口の試作を1〜2個(あ・笑顔)だけ作ってユーザーに見せ、方針を決めてから全表情へ進めてください。目と眉だけでも表情は成立します。口を見送る場合は、下の表情付き VRM の書き出しで `--no-mouth` を付けます(試作した口のキーが残っていても VRM に入りません)。

    1. `<skill>/scripts/ea_mouth_arcs.py` で、口の縫い目の頂点を「上の袋(天井)につながる行」と「下の袋(床)につながる行」に分け、**上下の行が辺でつながっていない中央部分**の端を口角として、上下の弧を作ります。口角側で上下の行が辺でつながっている部分を口縁に含めると、開いたときにその面が縦に伸びて、白い三角(牙のような形)になります。
    2. `helper.prepare_mouth()` → `helper.capture_mouth_fit()` で、赤(上唇)と青(下唇)の弧を確認してから `transfer_mouth(reviewed=True)`。
    3. 唇の内側や口内が別パーツなら、`<skill>/scripts/ea_mouth_parts.py` で、上の部品は上唇の弧、下の部品は下唇の弧の動きに追従させます。弧の動きを x の2次式で近似してから当てると、部品が山形に折れません。開く量に応じて、部品の縁を唇の裏へ少し引っ込めます。
    4. 開口が唇線の中央だけなので、鑑賞サイズで小さく見えます。開口系(あ・い・う・え・お・驚き)だけ、皮膚の変位を 1.3〜1.5 倍にし、内側部品を追従させ直します(`ea_mouth_parts.py` の `gain`。倍率は転送したキーに対する値なので、同じ値で再実行しても重なりません)。
    5. 口を開けた状態は、正面・斜め・横と中間値(0.5)で確認します。

    ## 眉

    - 左右の眉が独立部品なら `helper.prepare_brows({'L': ..., 'R': ...})` → `transfer_brows(reviewed=True)`。L/R はモデルの左右です。
    - 前髪で眉が隠れるモデルでは、眉の表情は鑑賞サイズではほとんど見えません。見える範囲で破綻がなければ十分です。

    ## 保存と登録

    ```python
    helper.note('差', '変更', '観察', '次の一手', 'ready_for_review')
    helper.save(export=True)
    ```

    ```bash
    node <kit>/scripts/expression-lab.mjs register <work_dir> <project.charakit>
    node <kit>/scripts/agent-session.mjs complete <url> <request_id> "目8・眉5を制作して登録しました(口は見送り)"
    ```

    キットの正式出力 `exports/avatar.vrm` は変更しません。

    ```bash
    "$BLENDER" -b --factory-startup --python-exit-code 1 --python <skill>/scripts/make_vrm_expressions.py -- \
      <kit_root> <project>/exports/avatar.blend \
      <project>/work/expression-authoring/exports/expressions.blend out/model_expressions.vrm [--no-mouth]
    node <skill>/scripts/patch_vrm.mjs out/model_expressions.vrm out/model_expressions.vrm --meta-from <project>/exports/avatar.vrm
    ```

Tripo

    ## Blender

例: Windows `C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender 5.2\blender.exe`、macOS `/Applications/Blender.app/Contents/MacOS/Blender` |
    | VRM Add-on for Blender | Blender
    | bash | `<skill>/scripts/*.sh` 用。Windows は Git for Windows の Git Bash(`unzip`・`cygpath` 同梱)、macOS は標準の bash(3.2)で動く |
    | Chrome + Claude in Chrome | Tripo Studio
    | Pillow(任意) | `<skill>/scripts/contact.py` などの画像スクリプト用。

    ## Windows

    ## Codex

    - Tripo Studio(Claude in Chrome)で、頭と体をそれぞれ4候補生成します。

    - `<kit>/scripts/spring-setup.py` の計画を保存し、`<kit>/scripts/update-model.mjs` の `phase: springs` では `blend` も指定します。

    - 確認方法: `<skill>/scripts/vrma_arm_angles.mjs` で VRMA の腕角度を、`<skill>/scripts/inspect_rig.py` でモデルの骨の向きを見ます。
    - 修正後、以前書き出した `exports/avatar.vrm` は古くなります。

    A Claude Code skill for running [Charakuru (きゃらくる)](https://github.com/nanocle/Charakuru) with **Claude Code** to turn a character illustration into a VRM model with spring bones and expressions.

    > **Unofficial**: This skill was made independently of Charakuru. It is not an official skill or distribution of the Charakuru project.

    Charakuru is a kit designed for working with Codex. This skill covers what changes when Claude Code is the main agent instead, within model production (source illustration → VRM with expressions): who does what (Codex CLI for image generation only, Tripo Studio through browser control), the checkpoints before spending credits, and the problems that came up in a real production and how they were fixed. It does not include the kit itself (the app and its per-stage Skills); get the kit separately.

    ## Contents

    | Path | Description |
    | --- | --- |
    | `SKILL.md` | Overall flow, division of roles, guiding principles |
    | `references/setup.md` | Requirements, Windows / macOS notes, rules for generating images with Codex |
    | `references/stages.md` | Notes for each stage (image assets, Tripo, materials, proportions, rigging, T-pose fix) |
    | `references/expressions.md` | Authoring expressions with Blender in the background (including fused lip seams) and exporting a VRM with expressions |
    | `references/pitfalls.md` | Symptom → cause → fix |
    | `scripts/` | bash / Blender / Node helper scripts (below) |

    | Script | Purpose |
    | --- | --- |
    | `codex_img.sh` | Calls Codex CLI's built-in image_gen exactly once and saves the PNG to the given path |
    | `stage_tripo_zip.sh` | Extracts a Tripo textured ZIP to a short path and lays the files out flat (works around the Windows path length limit; never deletes existing folders) |
    | `rotate_fbx.py` | Fixes the orientation of an unrigged FBX returned by Tripo with a Z-axis rotation |
    | `inspect_rig.py` | Lists the bone hierarchy and positions, and mesh weights, shape keys and materials |
    | `vrma_arm_angles.mjs` | Checks the arm angles in the motion-check VRMA to find a rest-pose offset |
    | `fix_tpose.py` | Corrects the rest pose to a true T-pose and adds forearm and hand colliders |
    | `ea_run.py` | Attaches the kit's expression helper in background Blender and runs a snippet |
    | `ea_zoom.py` | Close-up expression captures (handles the camera clipping and session-state pitfalls) |
    | `ea_mouth_arcs.py` | Finds the upper and lower lip arcs on a lip seam that has no opening |
    | `ea_mouth_parts.py` | Makes separate inner-mouth parts follow the lips and enlarges open-mouth expressions |
    | `grid_crop.py` / `contact.py` / `label_grid.py` | Zoomed grids for reading landmarks, contact sheets for comparison |
    | `make_vrm_expressions.py` | Binds expression keys to VRM 1.0 expressions and exports a separate VRM (`--no-mouth` for eyes and brows only) |
    | `patch_vrm.mjs` | Copies the metadata (name, authors, usage terms) of the app-exported VRM into a derived VRM |

    ## Usage

    1. Put this repository where Claude Code looks for skills.
       - For all projects: `~/.claude/skills/charakuru-claude-code/` (Windows: `%USERPROFILE%\.claude\skills\charakuru-claude-code\`)
       - For one project only: `<project>/.claude/skills/charakuru-claude-code/`

       ```bash
       git clone https://github.com/kokushin/charakuru-claude-code.git ~/.claude/skills/charakuru-claude-code
       ```

       If you downloaded a ZIP, rename the extracted folder to `charakuru-claude-code` before putting it there.
    2. Set the `BLENDER` environment variable to the Blender executable ([setup](references/setup.md#必要なもの), in Japanese).
    3. Extract the Charakuru kit and start the app with `npm start`.
    4. Ask Claude Code something like "Make a VRM from this illustration with Charakuru" and the skill is loaded. For each stage, create the agent request in the app and pass it to Claude Code.

    ## Requirements

    - The Charakuru kit (release ZIP), Node.js 22 or later
    - Blender 5.2 or later, VRM Add-on for Blender
    - Codex CLI (for image generation)
    - Chrome and Claude in Chrome (to operate Tripo Studio), a Tripo account and credits
    - bash: on Windows, [Git for Windows](https://gitforwindows.org/) (Git Bash, which also ships `unzip` and `cygpath`); on macOS, the stock bash works
    - Optional: Pillow (for comparison images)

    Tested with: Charakuru 1.1.0, Blender 5.2, Windows (production) and macOS (verification). The scripts depend on functions and the file layout inside the kit, so kit updates may break them.

    ## Notes

    - Tripo operations consume credits. This skill tells Claude to agree on a credit limit first and to generate only after the user approves the reference images.
    - Use of Charakuru itself is governed by its [LICENSE](https://github.com/nanocle/Charakuru/blob/main/LICENSE) (Charakuru Source-Available License). Business use is subject to conditions based on revenue and funding.
    - Follow the terms of each asset, such as reference images. The user decides the VRM metadata (authors, usage terms).
    - The Tripo settings mentioned are examples from a production in October 2026.
    - Charakuru, Tripo, Codex, Blender and other names belong to their respective owners.

    ## Credits

       ```bash
       git clone https://github.com/kokushin/charakuru-claude-code.git ~/.claude/skills/charakuru-claude-code
       ```

       - 仅用于某个项目:`<项目>/.claude/skills/charakuru-claude-code/`

       ```bash
       git clone https://github.com/kokushin/charakuru-claude-code.git ~/.claude/skills/charakuru-claude-code
       ```

VRM Add-on for Blender
    - Codex CLI(用于图片生成)
    - Chrome 与 Claude in Chrome(用于操作 Tripo Studio)、Tripo 账户与积分
    - bash:Windows 使用 [Git for Windows](https://gitforwindows.org/)(Git Bash,附带 `unzip` 和 `cygpath`),macOS 使用系统自带的 bash 即可
    - 可选:Pillow(用于制作对比图)

    - Charakuru、Tripo、Codex、Blender
